Our sourcing is as local as it gets! We raise our own herd of grass fed cattle dedicated specifically to Cloven. The majority of our beef, are born and raised right here with us.

We also raise our own hogs, and we do it like any family farm would, with access to the open air, sunshine, and dirt. They are never kept in enclosed mass housing barns or on concrete. This is why our pork is offered on limited availability as it falls in line with naturally raised animal harvesting times.

There are times when we do outsource and partner with locals in our community who share the same animal husbandry ideals. It helps us be able to provide a wider variety of proteins and expand availability windows while still supporting small scale farmers and ranchers like ourselves.
